Anne Napolitano is the founder and CEO of Anne Napolitano Consulting. With a background that spans high-level corporate finance and hands-on kitchen experience, Anne built our firm to help food and beverage leaders make confident financial decisions without getting lost in their numbers.
Before launching ANC in 2016, Anne served as Controller for the U.S. operations of Hermès, where she led financial reporting and operational oversight for one of the world’s most respected luxury brands. After years in corporate finance, she traded boardrooms for burners and worked as a personal chef, gaining firsthand insight into the pace, pressure, and passion that drive the hospitality industry.
Anne’s unique combination of experience is at the heart of how we serve our clients today. Under Anne’s leadership, our team of all-accountants supports restaurants, breweries, distilleries, and food businesses with clear financial guidance, smart systems, and the kind of partnership that goes beyond the numbers. Anne leads with clarity, warmth, and a deep commitment to helping business owners sleep better at night knowing their finances are in good hands.
When she’s not working with clients or mentoring our team, you’ll likely find her visiting one of our clients’ bars or restaurants, traveling with her family, or adding to her collection of over 500 cookbooks.

Accounting Manager
Rhiannon Ramos is an experienced Senior level accounting professional with over 15 years of experience in public accounting and bookkeeping. Over the course of her career, she has provided financial services to a variety of industries.
Rhiannon graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a B.S. in Business Management. She is also a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and is proficient in a number of supporting software, including Bill.com.
In her free time, Rhiannon enjoys spending time with her family, going to local events, and traveling. She looks forward bringing her experience to Anne Napolitano Consulting and supporting our clients.
Accounting Manager
Maria Catarinicchia is an experienced senior level accounting professional with over 25 years of experience in accounting and business administration. Over the course of her career, she has provided financial services to a variety of businesses in all sizes ranging from the small start-up to the large corporation.
Maria studied at the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona where she received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
She enjoys spending her free time cheering on her daughters at their sports events, working out, trying new recipes, and traveling to new places. She looks forward to bringing her experience to Anne Napolitano Consulting!
Accountant
Nancy graduated from SUNY Binghamton with a BS degree in Economics. The first 23 years of her career were spent as an IT professional in both the banking and insurance industries. When her corporate job moved out of state, she decided to re-invent herself by doing some free-lance IT work for small businesses by using Microsoft Excel to build some customized reports, applications, and databases.
Last year she started working as a part-time bookkeeper at a small manufacturing company and used her technical skills to automate some everyday bookkeeping tasks that had previously been done manually to save time and improve accuracy. She looks forward to using this combination of skills to contribute here at Anne Napolitano Consulting!
Accountant
Eileen is an experienced accounting and bookkeeping professional who is excited to bring her knowledge to the Anne Napolitano Accounting team. Eileen graduated as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Siena College and went on to earn her MBA in Finance from St. John’s University.
She spent much of her career as a Senior Accountant for DLJ before taking time off to raise her family. During this period, she remained active in her community, volunteering in local schools and sports programs.
Eileen looks forward to bringing her expertise to the ANC team and clients. When she’s not working, you’ll find her exercising, reading, or cheering on her kids at their sporting events.
Accountant
Steffy De La Cruz has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Corporate Financial Management Certificate from Tecnologico de Monterrey, one of the most prestigious colleges in Mexico.
Steffy began her professional career as a Staff Accountant for a Mexican company and worked her way up to become the head of their Finance and Internal Accounting Department. She’s excited to expand her experience and take her career path to the next level by providing bookkeeping services to companies in the United States.
Steffy looks forward to bringing her positive attitude and bookkeeping experience to the ANC team. She spends her free time practicing yoga and enjoying the company of family and friends.
Accountant
Kiki is an enthusiastic financial professional, bringing a fresh perspective and a dynamic blend of skills in international business to ANC.
After graduating from Florida International University with her degree in International Business & Marketing, Kiki’s ambitiousness and dedication to learn propelled her into a pivotal financial analyst role. She’s continued to refine her skills and has joined our team as a bookkeeper, where she is excited to contribute to our collective success and further her professional growth.
Kiki is passionate about bringing her unique perspective and skillset to our clients, and has become a key player in ensuring our clients’ books are handled with precision and care.
Director of Marketing
Olivia is a marketing and content strategist for business owners and is the Director of Marketing and Administration Specialist at Anne Napolitano Consulting.
Olivia graduated from Mississippi College with a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Business Administration. She specializes in creating and implementing marketing and content strategies for small and online businesses. With the online business landscape continuously changing and developing, Olivia loves to continue learning about new marketing strategies and best practices.
When she’s not knee-deep in all things marketing for ANC, you can find her enjoying time outdoors or doing something fun with her family.
Director of Operations
Victoria is a systems and workflow strategist for business owners and is the Director of Operations at Anne Napolitano Consulting.
Since graduating as a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Florida she has supported dozens of small local and web-based businesses in documenting, streamlining, and automating their processes. Victoria also creates assets and educational products and has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs learn to improve their own business processes.
When she’s not working on the ANC backend or tinkering with tech, you can find her writing, reading, or crafting.
Administrative Assistant
Norma specializes in providing support for business owners and is the Administrative Assistant for the CEO at Anne Napolitano Consulting.
She graduated from Robert Morris University in Chicago with a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Healthcare Management. Norma dedicated 17 years to the healthcare sector, where she gained expertise in operations, patient management, and compliance. After her extensive experience in healthcare, she pivoted to finance and accounting, growing in skill sets that include financial management, budgeting, and accounting principles.
Norma values fitness and family time, she enjoys daily workouts and prioritizes spending quality moments with her family. She is creative and in her free time you’ll find her crafting, designing and browsing Pinterest all with a fresh cup of coffee at hand!
